Our refurbishment works cover building conversions, the restoration of heritage properties, and the recladding of existing buildings. The CREATE facade recladding team undertakes Architecture and Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act 2022 to render high-rise residential buildings (HRBs) safe. Our heritage projects, on the other hand, seek to preserve the character of existing listed buildings while introducing sensitive contemporary interventions to facilitate continued use.
