The Project comprises of removal and replacement of existing external wall cladding and associated insulation/build-up to achieve min. B1 EWS1 certification.

The Building was created originally by conversion from a former cinema in 2005-2008 or there abouts.
Panoramic consists of 1No building / Basement, ground + 9 stories-which means it is more than 18m in height.

The Construction is of a concrete frame with terracotta tile and render cladding with some windows and metal and glass curtain wall areas.
The site is an existing residential apartment building with retail use at the ground floor.
