Create provided an interior design proposal for the renovation of two 1B2P lower ground floor and basement flats, accommodated in repurposed commercial storage units.  The two flats share a party wall and are in essence mirror images of one another.

One of the main aims of the proposal was to create light and bright interior spaces to amplify the scant amount of natural daylight filtering down into the lower ground and basement levels.

A light colour palette consisting of whites with hues of grey were chosen for the wall and ceiling finishes.  Smoke green and wine blue kitchen units in the open plan living and dining areas provide a colourful contrast to the white interior enclave.
