The Create team has worked with South Thames College on a wide variety of projects, helping the College to develop a property strategy across its 3 site campus.

Create have completed both new build and refurbished buildings, including:

  • New teaching spaces

  • Lecture theatre

  • Specialist teaching facilities for construction skills

  • Specialist teaching facilities for hair & beauty courses

  • Specialist teaching facilities for sports, tourism and leisure courses

  • New hospitality and catering academy

  • New sixth form centre

  • Offices and conference rooms

  • New entrance hall

  • Library

  • Café

  • Faculty and student support facilities
