The redevelopment of a former yacht club and extensive parking area to house 17 luxury homes on the bank of the River Crouch, including 14 new builds elevated dwellings, 3 dwellings within a residential conversion of the former yacht club and a central landscaped area with indigenous planting, elevated viewing areas, sheltered seating and a retention pond.

The new dwellings are clad in corten steel panels that incorporate a laser cut design that graphically illustrates the surrounding landscape, adding to the beautiful natural setting.

Environmental considerations:
The corten steel clad homes are designed to have a very low environmental impact with super insulation, PV electrical supply and an ecology-led landscape design.
