Located within Horsham West Sussex, One Horsham Gate is a five-storey timber framed residential building with under croft parking comprising of 30 one and two bed apartments.

In conjunction with the contractor CBG, we have undertaken works to replace the external envelope to remove all combustible insulation. The scope of Create work included the following elements.

Replacement of the existing timber cladding material on external walls and within the window units to a non- combustible aluminium cladding.
Replacement of the rendered wall to a similar material with non-combustible insulation.

Replacement of the existing aluminium roof to a similar material with non-combustible insulation.
