Penrose House

Location: Hayle, Cornwall

Demolition of old greenhouses and replaced with a two-bedroom detached dwelling.

The design was developed in response to the client’s brief. The client wanted a light and airy living space with a large amount of glazing but also that this space should have a degree of privacy from the road. IQ Glass has created a timber and glass facade that feels both contemporary and timeless, connected to the landscape and history of the site.
