CREATE have worked extensively with Havering Sixth Form College for almost a decade, carrying out a number of extension and refurbishment works. The works are all part of a larger site wide master plan we developed with the college.

We have completed the following projects for HSFC: -

• Creation of a new build business studies block with focus on ITC

• Creation of a new maths, and ITX teaching facilities

• Provision of a new build hospitality and aviation services training building, feature a virtual reality aeroplane experience

• Refurbishment and conversion of a courtyard to provide student study and dining space

• Refurbishment of general teaching classrooms and staff space

The new build classroom block completes the entrance route to the College and is clad with a planted green wall.
