Thessaly Gardens / Former British Lion Public House

A proposed 17 unit residential newbuild at the entrance of the famous Carey Gardens Estate in Battersea. This was a very challenging site set within a flood zone which had previous consent, won at appeal, that was very unpopular with the local residents as well as the LPA.

Our scheme proposed an alternative architecture, sensitive to the site and its surroundings, in-keeping with the local vernacular, yet unique in its aesthetic.
