The top floor (sixth level) has a roof terrace stretching across the entire floor plate of the block. The property is located on Baker Street with front elevation facing east. The main access is via the front door on the ground level overlooking Baker Street. The property is over 18 meters in height and considered to be a relevant building. The height of the property is measured at approximately 19.33 meters from ground to the finished floor of the top occupied level. The building was converted from an office block to residential circa 2010.

There are five main types of external wall finishes from the ground to the fifth level, including:

  • Standing seam zinc cladding – located on the sixth‐floor roof terrace

  • Reconstituted stone panel–located to the front of the property

  • Zinc spandrel panel – located to windows on the front and rear elevations of the property
