Edward Milner Terrace

This proposal is for the creation of 7 high-end townhouses set within a green, leafy, steeply sloping site commanding magnificent views of the city. The scheme has been designed in a way to preserve as many of the existing trees on the site as possible, to increase the green canopy and put in place a long-term plan for the management of the site to preserve it as a green enclave within the city.

The architecture allows for a series of stepping terraces that form an organic building form articulated by a variety of setbacks, cantilevering frames and boxed windows.
