We have developed a high level of expertise in delivering buildings under the 2022 Building Safety Act (BSA 2022) both Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRB’s) and lower risk buildings under 18m.

We are experienced at preparing application for the Gateway process both at Gateway 1 and Gateway 2 and have developed in house expertise so that we competent under the BSA 2022 to act as Principal Designers.

We have developed this expertise along with the architect and CDM Principal Designer role to ensure that we can deliver expertly the role of lead consultant in our projects.

We have a network of regular partners who can work with us to deliver both HRB’s and non- HRB’s and we can put this forward to work with us.

We work with Homes England, private developers and management companies and housing associations in deliver these projects.
