Penrose Nursery House
Location: Hayle, CornwallSector: ResidentialDemolition of old greenhouses and replaced with a two-bedroom detached dwelling.
The design was developed in response to the client’s brief. The client wanted a light and airy living space with a large amount of glazing but also that this space should have a degree of privacy from the road.
