By creating a master plan for Havering College, we identified a clear strategy to improve the existing building stock in order to meet the educational needs of the College for the foreseeable future.

We created a series of distinct and fundable projects that will transform the college and provide a renewed high quality and coherent campus.

The projects include a new sports and tourism courses building, refurbished refectory and common parts, quad infill to provide new student study space and a new entrance.

Later phases of the scheme include a new general teaching block.
